Of all the food ingredients out there, none are as irreplaceable or as cute as eggs. Eggs are used in recipes everywhere around the world. You can fry them, boil them, use them to make pastries. It’s hard to think of a more versatile and essential ingredient in the field of cooking.
Simply put, I am addicted to eggs. Eggs benedict, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, boiled eggs, fried eggs, omelets, deviled eggs, any type of eggs you name it - they’re all wonderful and amazing.
